If you're looking for skilled and dedicated technicians, you're in the right place! We are certified with most major manufacturers, including iFit, Freemotion, Matrix, Life Fitness, Precor, and Sole Fitness. By working with these manufacturers daily we keep our knowledge of their equipments and processes fresh, which means we can get you better results faster than anyone else!
We also keep some parts on hand, such as circuit boards, and we contract with a LOCAL treadmill belt manufacturer to get commercial grade treadmill belts within 1-2 business days. Most repair companies and contractors have to order these belts online and that takes 3-7 business days or more, but we can get belts for Life Fitness, Matrix, Precor, and Freemotion within just 1-2 days!
Preventative Maintenance
Your exercise equipment needs regular maintenance, just like any other machine. This includes cleaning, lubrication, belt alignments, and testing/calibration.
Gym Equipment Moving and Installation
One of the more common repair calls we get is "we just had a moving company move our treadmill and now it won't turn on".
We also regularly get "we had our equipment installed by the manufacturer and they did not do a good job, nothing lines up properly..."
Both of these come down to knowledge and experience. Most moving companies have no idea how to safely move exercise equipment, we actually contract with several of them to repair equipment after their team damages it!
Many manufacturers just use "final mile" services for delivery and installation, so they often hire TRUCK DRIVERS to assemble the machines with no training or experience!
We work on this equipment all day every day, so when we help move or install your equipment you can be guaranteed that it's done correctly and you can use it that same day with no issues or extra costs.
